Geranyl Formate(95%) is an ester obtained from Geraniol and is used for imparting floral notes in Fragrances & Flavour compounds.
Geranyl Formate Specifications:

Description Geranyl Formate is a colorless or slightly yellowish,
transparent liquid having a characteristic odor.
Odor: A fresh, dry, ethereal, green odor.
Use: For a lofty green, ethereal note in topnote complexes.
Flavor: green.
Used in lemon, watermelon, peach, pear, red apple and fresh green beans
flavors.

ENVIRONMENT PRECAUTIONS: Keep Geranyl Formate away from drains,
surface and groundwater and soil.
METHODS FOR CLEANING UP: - Contain spilled
Geranyl Formate. Cover with an inert, non-combustible, inorganic absorbent
material, or sweep up, and remove to an approved disposal container. Avoid
open flames or other sources of ignition.

PRECAUTIONS IN HANDLING: Apply according to good
manufacturing and industrial hygiene practices with proper ventilation. Do
not drink, eat or smoke while handling. Respect good personal hygiene.
